Welcome to RODAN HOME HEALTH SERVICES, INC. (DBA HANA HOME CARE). We are pleased to have the opportunity to assist you and for allowing our staff to provide care for you. We are ready to serve you, with the supervision of your doctor, on the reasonable expectation that your medical and social needs can be fulfilled adequately by us in your place of residence.
Our office is open from 9:00a.m to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. There is On-Call person available after business hours, 24 hours a day/seven days a week, if you have problems or questions regarding your care. On an emergency, please call “911”. In the event of a major natural disaster (such as an earthquake), RODAN HOME HEALTH SERVICES, INC. (DBA HANA HOME CARE) does not guarantee that we will be able to continue to provide services. If you have any concerns or complaints regarding the care that you are receiving, please call the office at (213) 383-6333.
You will be given the opportunity to make decision related to your care and at the same time we except that you will comply with the treatment plan. It is projected that your treatment will last 60 days. Should changes in that time make it necessary to alter the original treatment plan, you will be invited to participate in the revision of the plan, subject to the approval of your physician. In order to ensure smooth transition to independent living, we will advise you, and will provide you with discharge instructions/information prior to discharge. In the meantime, let us be of service to you, and look forward to your immediate recovery.
